Educational philosophy

We understand that every child is a unique individual with different learning styles and abilities.

Each lesson at the School is a multi-sensory and hands-on learning experience. Lessons incorporate different ways of learning so that every single child is reached and can benefit. Students really experience what they are being taught.

Drama, song, interactive workbooks, and of course, the teachers, bring school Hebrew lessons to life. Our hands-on learning style encourages children to be active rather than passive learners.

Our trained Judaic Studies teachers are the real life of our Hebrew school. They live the material they teach – and there is nothing like a living example.

The school’s mission is to provide and promote the highest quality of extracurricular Jewish education for a diverse community of Jewish children.

Our goal is to nurture and build the foundation of your child’s Jewish identity through our interdisciplinary educational approach. Our dedicated teachers are focused on inspiring a twofold love. A love of learning and a love of Judaism, while fostering each child’s sense of familiarity with their heritage.

A well-balanced school Jewish education will develop in our students a commitment to using Torah values as a guide for decision-making in life, community, and lifelong learning and teaching.
